No meetings are required—just provide us with the necessary documents, and we’ll take care of the rest. However, if you prefer, we’re happy to meet with you on Zoom to discuss your filing needs.

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

 

Income Records

  • W-2s, 1099s, or K-1s showing income earned in multiple states

  • Rental income statements for out-of-state properties

  • Business income reports by state, if available

 

Expense Documentation

  • Receipts or summaries of deductible expenses tied to each state

  • Business expenses, payroll records, or contractor payments by location

  • Property-related expenses for out-of-state real estate (maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance, HOA fees)

 

Business or Activity Information

  • States where you conducted business, worked remotely, or had employees or contractors

  • Dates of activity in each state

  • Entity details (LLC, corporation, nonprofit, or sole proprietor)

 

Property Information (if applicable)

  • Property addresses by state

  • Purchase price and acquisition date

  • Depreciation schedules and improvement records

  • Sale or disposition details, if applicable

 

Personal or Entity Information

  • Social Security number or EIN

  • Prior-year federal and state tax returns

  • Any state notices or correspondence received

 

Additional Details (if applicable)

  • Remote work arrangements across state lines

  • Nexus-related information (inventory, offices, employees, or revenue thresholds)

  • Nonprofit registration or filing requirements by state

 

Once you book with us, you'll receive our tax organizer, which contains all the essential information. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure all eligible deductions are captured for maximum tax savings.

Refund Policy

At tradeeer, we are committed to providing accurate and professional tax return preparation services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refunds:

    • A full refund will be issued if you decide to cancel our services before we begin preparing your tax return (That includes uploading your information into our portal).

  • No Refunds:

    • Once your tax return process has been started on, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the customized nature of our services and the time-intensive process of tax preparation.

  • Revisions and Corrections:

    • If there is an error on your tax return due to our oversight, we will correct it free of charge.

    • If revisions are required due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, additional fees may apply, but no refund will be issued.

  • Exceptions:

    • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to the amount of taxes owed or refunds received, as these are determined by your tax situation and applicable laws, not by our service.
